Refunds and cancellations are subject to certain conditions. Please read carefully to understand our policies.
To request a refund for any reason, you must make your request within 2 days of delivery.
- Please let us know as soon as possible if your order—
- has missing items that you were charged for on the final receipt
- contains damaged, spoiled, or otherwise unusable items
- Refunds are processed immediately, but it may take up to 2 weeks to see the funds in your account, depending on your bank.
- Account credits can be used immediately after we issue them.
Once we receive return or exchange request we will work with you to resolve the issue.
- We collect the original product in its unused condition from you within 24 to 48 hours & shall replace with a fresh product
- We do not accept returns of frozen products unless reported to us within 2 hours from the arrival of the product.
- No Return or Refund on Pooja Items, Restaurant Food, Poultry and House Hold Items.
